Up and running in 3 minutes — QR check-in, card swap, done.
Sign in with Apple — one tap, Face ID, you're in (fastest)
Sign in with Google — pick your Google account
Email code — type your email → check your inbox for a 6-digit code → enter it in the app
They'll share a link over LINE, email, text — whatever works.
Open it and hit "Count me in". That's it, you're registered.
When you get there, open the app.
Option A: Pull down on the home screen to show your QR code — let the organizer scan it.
Option B: Tap "Scan" and point your camera at the event QR code on-site.
You'll see a ✅ when you're checked in.
Tap the "Agenda" tab at the bottom to see what's happening and when.
Tap any session for details — speaker, room, description.
Want to stay in touch? Tap "Scan" → "Swap Cards"
Point at their QR code — their info lands in your "Contacts" folder instantly.
Once you've joined an event, you'll get push notifications automatically:

Switch to Organizer mode and tap the + button.
Enter the event name, dates, venue, and capacity.
Pick a type (conference, workshop, seminar, etc.).
Two ways to go:
Use a template — pick your event type and get a full schedule auto-generated.
Add manually — create sessions one by one with time, speaker, and room.
On your event dashboard, tap "Share" and copy the link.
Send it however you like — text, email, group chat. People tap it and they're in.
Already have a list? Import via CSV or Google Sheets.
Supports name, email, org, role, and dietary info.
Tap "Scan" → "Check In" and point at an attendee's QR code.
Already registered? Checked in. Walk-in? The app asks if you want to register them on the spot.
Your dashboard shows headcount and check-in rate in real time.
Tap "Send Notification" on your dashboard.
Pick a quick template (pre-event, mealtime, thank-you, survey) or write your own.
Need to reach just VIPs or speakers? Filter by role before sending.
Head to your participant list and export a CSV report (includes check-in times, seats, everything).
When you're done, long-press the event to archive it — this frees up your event slot.
Events auto-archive after 30 days of inactivity. Personal data is wiped after 180 days.
Go to iPhone Settings → lylai → make sure Notifications are turned on.
In the app, check "Me" → "Notification Settings" — each type can be toggled individually.
Go to "Me" → tap the gear icon → Language. Everything updates instantly, including notifications.
Absolutely. A switcher bar appears at the top of your home screen — just tap to jump between events.
On event day, your QR code and next session info show up right on your iPhone Lock Screen.
No need to unlock — people can scan you or you can glance at the schedule.
Toggle it under "Me" → "Notification Settings."
